The oil circuit of the screw air compressor is a cyclic workflow. The oil injection screw air compressor does not have an oil pump, and the circulation of lubricating oil is achieved by utilizing the pressure difference between the oil and gas barrel and the main engine's fuel injection port. It is generally believed that there are two circular processes, one large and one small.
(1) Large circulation: When the host is compressing air, lubricating oil is sprayed into the compression chamber. After compression, the oil and gas mixture enters the oil and gas barrel. Through collision, interception, and gravity, most of the lubricating oil is separated and stored at the bottom of the oil and gas barrel. After being controlled by a temperature control valve, it enters the cooler for cooling. The cooled lubricating oil is filtered through an oil filter and then returns to the main engine to spray oil into the compression chamber.
(2) Small circulation: When the oil and gas mixture enters the oil and gas barrel, the vast majority of the oil is precipitated by collision, interception, and gravity. However, the compressed air still contains a large amount of oil vapor. When the oil vapor in the compressed air is separated by the oil fine separator core, a part of the oil will accumulate at the bottom of the oil separation core. This part of the oil will return to the compressor through a pipeline with a one-way valve.
