Basic Info.

     Its function and function are to separate the oil and air mixture compressed by the main engine into the oil cylinder, that is, to separate the oil from the oil and gas mixture, and obtain relatively clean compressed air for use by gas consuming units.

    Our product meets the quality and technical requirements and usage instructions: 

1) The filtration accuracy can reach 0.1 micrometers; 

2) The maximum pressure difference of the oil and gas separator should not exceed 0.8 bar, and if it exceeds, it should be replaced immediately. The difference in partial pressure of newly replaced oil is generally around 0.2 bar;

3) The oil content in the compressed air separated by the oil injection screw machine is less than 3ppm, and the replacement cycle is 6000-8000 hours. However, in general, due to factors such as limitations in customer equipment operating conditions, the oil content can reach its service life under good operating conditions, but it is generally difficult to achieve the ideal service life.
